Workshop for Integrated Carnivore-Livestock Management

Join us for an exciting opportunity to hear from experts about the balance between livestock production, carnivore conservation and animal welfare. Topics covered will include (1) The Rise of Public Concern for Wildlife, (2) Rearing Livestock in Ohio, (3) The Economics of Livestock Predation, (4) Carnivore Ecology and Behavior, and (5) Controlling Carnivores around Livestock. This workshop, sponsored by the Initiative for Food and AgriCultural Transformation (InFACT) Discovery Theme at Ohio State University, will be held on Friday, February 24th from 9am - 4:30pm in the Thompson Library, 11th floor Campus Reading Room.
